Ingredients of Gulabjamun
- Prepare of Maida.
- It's of Sooji.
- Prepare of Sugar.
- It's of Water.
- You need of Cardamom powder.
- You need of Kesar.
- Prepare of Baking soda.
- It's of Khoya/milk powder.
- It's of Milk.
- Prepare of Curd.
- Prepare of Lemon juice.

Gulabjamun step by step
- For making the sugar syrup take a pan and add water in it..
- Add sugar and cardamom powder..
- Boil it for 5 minutes to form 1string consistency..
- Add kesar to it..
- Once you see the syrup is thickened turn off the gas and let the syrup cools down..
- Now next is to prepare the dough so for it take a bowl..
- Add maida,sooji and baking soda to it..
- Seive it nicely and turn the powder to another bowl..
- Add khoya/milk powder to it..
- Mix it all well..
- Add ghee/oil, lemon juice and curd to it..
- Again mix it well and knead it for 3-4minutes and form a nice dough by adding milk as per the requirement (in preparation of soft dough).
- Let it rest for sometime..
- Now make small balls of it..
- Take a kadai and add oil in it for frying..
- Once the oil gets hotter put the balls in it and deep fry it until the color changes to brown..
- Now take it out from the kadai and soak it in the sugar syrup until it absorbs the syrup in it and becomes softer..
- Serve it in a bowl.
