- You need of Bread/Pav.
- You need 1/2 cup of Carrots.

Pav Bhaji step by step
- Take a pressure cooker and add all the chopped vegetables (carrots,beans, cabbage, beans,matar, potatoes) to it..
- Add a cup of water and give to 2-3 whistles to get it par cooked..
- Once the vegetables gets cooked take it out from the cooker along with the water used in it..
- Take a pan and add butter to it.
- Add cumin seeds to it and let it crackle..
- Add diced onions to it and saute it until the color changes..
- Now add tomato puree to it and cook the gravy for 2-3 minutes..
- Add salt and turmeric powder to it..
- Add chopped tomatoes and the cooked vegetables to it..
- Mix it well and cook it for 4-5 minutes..
- Add pav bhaji masala to the mixture and again cook it for nxt 4-5 minutes..
- Add a cube of butter to increase the flavor of it..
- Once the vegetables gets cooked and the gravy thickens turn off the gas flame and garnish it with coriander leaves, chopped onions and a slice of butter over it..
- Serve it hot with the buns..
